I had some leftover tomato, ong choi, ground pork, and an egg, among other things in the fridge to use up, so I made soup.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato, cut in chunks
- a few handfulls of ong choi leaves
- ground pork mixed with chicken bouillon powder and ground black pepper
- chicken broth or a chicken bouillon cube
- 1 egg, beaten
- garlic sea salt or pepper to taste
Toss the tomato in a pot of water and boil it until it's soft. Toss in the veg and chicken bouillon. When the veg is done, while the soup is still boiling, slowly pour in the egg while stirring. If it's not boiling, you might get some murky soup instead of wisps of egg. Season to taste.
